WELCOME TO OUR SOMERSET FARM

From what started out as a pipe dream in the bushes of Tabulam, Australia, has now become a reality for Director Millie Ayton.
Eco Food Creations Ltd is a registered Aquaculture (Aquaponics) Farm, currently in the early stages of set up in Somerset, UK.
With a burning desire to supply the local market with organic fruit, vegetables and rainbow trout, Eco Food Creations are currently building the final phase of the farm, which involves the installation of fish tanks and the resident rainbow trout. Watch this space!

OUR MISSION

Our mission at ECO FOOD CREATIONS is twofold. First, we strive to provide a farm for the local residents of Shepton Mallet and surrounding areas, where everyone can enjoy outdoor family-friendly activities, participate in learning groups and purchase high quality produce. Secondly, we make it a rule to only partake in responsible farming in order to protect the environment and local wildlife. Aquaponics farming supports organic growing and it’s a great way to educate the younger generation on eco friendly methods of farming. To learn more about our responsible farming techniques and products, please get in touch.

With become new parents, setting up a new farm and being hit by a pandemic all in the same year, things are ticking along a little slower than we had originally anticipated and we are always looking for volunteers to lend a hand. From activities such as moving stone, to building raised beds, sowing seeds and potting on adolescent plants, there really are volunteering opportunities for everybody.
